TÜNKERS Electric Clamps
Electric clamping – economical and ready for serial production.
We are taking the next step towards a “modern and energy-efficient plant” with our expanded product line of electric clamps.
The use of low-voltage motors successfully combines high operational safety and operator safety. The electric clamps are fully compatible with the corresponding sizes of the pneumatic series TÜNKERS Elektrospannerin relation to connection, clamp arm, and clamping moments and of course they are equipped with the well-proven features such as robust design, toggle lock, and encapsulated housing.
The decentralized control unit developed by ourselves comes with an integrated bus interface (profibus, profinet, ethernet etc.) and thus can operate clamps individually or in combination. The motor terminal controls the E-clamps and reports the positions back to the higher-level control unit. Status / defects / times are shown on the display. Clamps can be pre-selected and moved manually via the arrow keys. 8 initiators or photocells can be sensed via 4 additional M12 plug connections in addition to the 8 E-clamps with sensors.
Additional control versions: Control cabinet module TSM1 and Hand-held control with integrated 24V battery for 1 electric clamp.
