KE CD-EL SET
CD-EL är en liten och kraftfull PLUG&PLAY elektrodformerare som drivs av synkron /servomotor.
Dess kompakta och lätta design gör den idealisk för användning i trånga celler. Den finns även som svängarmsversion och rekommenderas därför för stationära svetstänger. Formeraren kan styras av en frekvensomvandlare eller direkt via robotens PLC. Detta gör att hastigheten kontinuerligt kan regleras och justeras individuellt.
The CD-EL is a small and powerful PLUG&PLAY electrode tip dresser operated by synchronous/servo motor.
Its compact and lightweight design makes it ideal for use in tight cells. It is also available as a swingarm version and is therefore recommended for stationary guns. The dresser can be controlled by a frequency converter supplied or directly via the robot control. This allows the speed to be continuously regulated and individually adjusted.
