NIMAK multiFLEX – mycket utrymme för processvariation
Den optimala lösningen för dina platta plåtar: NIMAK multiFLEX kombinerar alla NIMAK-kompetenser i en enda koordinatmaskin. Detta inkluderar projektionssvetsning, punktsvetsning samt doserings- och limningsteknik. Men även andra processer som stansning, signering, plasmatisering eller laser är möjliga. På grund av den breda mekaniska anslutningen på glidvagnen kan vi realisera upp till sex processer samtidigt med en maskin via våra processmoduler. Inte ens utfodring av standarddelar som svetsmuttrar eller stansnitar är några problem.

Våra maskiner är individualiserade speciellt för din applikation. Som en “fristående” maskin eller inom en större produktionslinje kompletterar NIMAK multiFLEX din produktionsprocess flexibelt och tillförlitligt. Dessutom erbjuder vi dig många maskinförlängningar med hanteringsrobotar, stationära svetstänger från vårt produktsortiment och många andra automatiska komponenter. NIMAK multiFLEX – a lot of space for process variety
The optimal solution for your flat metal sheets: our NIMAK multiFLEX combines all NIMAK competences in one single coordinate machine. This includes projection welding, spot welding as well as dosing and gluing technology. But also other processes such as punching, signing, plasmatising or lasering are possible. Due to the wide mechanical connection on the sliding carriage, we can realize up to six processes simultaneously with one machine via our process modules. Even the feeding of standard parts such as weld nuts or punch rivets is no problem. For a better understanding please have a look at our example film:

Our machines are individualized especially for your application. Wether as a “stand-alone” machine or within a larger production line, the NIMAK multiFLEX supplements your production process flexibly and reliably. In addition, we offer you numerous machine extensions with handling robots, stationary guns from our product range and many other automatic components. You want to use the machine for several of your products at once? No problem! We create all program variations you require.

Do you have to provide sheets with an adhesive seam in addition to spot welding? Simply supplement your multiFLEX with our dosing and gluing module. Do you need to add a weld nut to your metal sheet? Then order the corresponding projection module from us.
